About Me

Ever since I was a young boy in Brazil, I have always had a passion for food and design. I spent years in the restaurant industry and achieved my dream of opening and operating four restaurants (Thaal, Budhakan, Freitas Chocolaterie and Bio Salute.)


Always up for a challenge and the desire to improve my english. I took the leap and moved to the US. I live in downtown Chicago where I work as a personal chef. My focus is on private events, family meal preparation and specialty cakes.
